What changes

What it feels like to have BeaconPoint in your corner.

Most operators come to us tired. Tired of guessing, tired of paying commissions, tired of marketing that eats the evenings the tours don't. Here is what that turns into.

You stop guessing

Every month you see what your marketing earned in plain dollars, which channels booked guests, and what we are doing next. No dashboards to decode.

You get your evenings back

Ads, search, content, social and your booking flow are handled for you, led by Sal with specialists who do this every day. You run the tours. We run the marketing.

You keep more of every booking

We build the direct-booking engine that moves guests off commission-heavy channels and onto your own site, where the margin stays with you.

The off-season stops feeling scary

When peak winds down, the work shifts to content, conversion and next season's bookings, so you start every season with momentum instead of from zero.

You work with people who get tours

We only work with tour operators and experience businesses. You never have to explain capacity, weather days, or why a Tuesday matters.

You are never locked in

Month to month, no long-term contract. We keep clients by getting results, so you always know we are earning the relationship.

How pricing works

One flexible retainer. Adjusted to your season.

The Direct Booking Growth Program is a single monthly retainer that gives you a full growth team across SEO, ads, AI search visibility, content, PR, and conversion. Retainers run from $800 to $3,200 a month, depending on how many channels we run for you. We shift the focus as your season changes: advertising in peak months, conversion and content in the off-season. Month to month, no long-term contract, cancel any time.

Break-even calculator

How many extra bookings would pay for it?

Put in your own numbers. This is the math we want every operator to do before hiring any agency, including us: the full cost against the profit on each booking.

BeaconPoint retainers run $800 to $3,200 a month, depending on how many channels we run for you.

Your break-even point

38

extra bookings a month, about 8.8 a week, pays for everything.

  • Total monthly investment$3,800
  • Profit per booking$100
  • Revenue needed to break even$9,500
  • Return needed on total spend2.5x

At twice that many bookings (76 a month), you keep $3,800 a month after every marketing cost.

Count incremental bookings only: the ones you would not have gotten anyway. That is how we report results to clients too, against the full cost of the retainer plus ad spend, not against ad spend alone. Direct bookings that replace OTA bookings also save you the commission, which this simple model leaves out.

Questions operators ask before hiring us

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month. You can pause or cancel any time. We keep clients by getting results, not by trapping them in a contract.

Can our team split some of the work with BeaconPoint?

Yes. Plenty of operators keep some work in house and hand us the rest. We scope the retainer around what you actually need us to run, and we stay out of what you have handled.

How does a subscription work for a seasonal business?

It flexes with your calendar. In peak season we push demand and advertising. In the off-season we shift to conversion, content, and locking in next season's bookings. Same retainer, different focus, so your marketing never goes dark and never wastes spend.

How much does BeaconPoint cost?

Retainers run from $800 to $3,200 a month, plus ad spend, which goes to the ad platforms. Most operators invest $1,500 to $6,000 a month in total, retainer and ad spend combined. Where you land depends on how many channels we run for you and how hard you want to push in peak season. We send an exact quote after we look at your business.

Is ad spend included in the retainer?

No. Ad spend is separate and goes to Google and Meta, not to us. You approve the budget, and we move it up or down with your season. The retainer covers strategy, management, content and reporting.

Are there setup fees?

Ongoing work runs on the monthly retainer. If you need one-time work, such as a new website, it is quoted separately and agreed in writing before anything starts. No surprises on the invoice.

Can I talk to current clients before I hire you?

Yes, and we encourage it. Ask on your discovery call and we will connect you with two or three operators in a similar category. Clients available as references include Nice Guy Tours, Le Petit Navire, Bites of the Bluegrass, WayOut Adventure Rentals and Golden Boat Rentals. Ask them anything.

How do you calculate the results in your case studies?

Every result compares the same months year over year, so seasonality is matched, and comes from the client's own data: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Search Console or their booking system. Each case study on Our Work lists the metric, the period, the source and anything else that changed. We publish percentages rather than dollar figures to protect client confidentiality.

How will I know if the marketing is paying for itself?

Run the break-even calculator before you sign. It shows how many extra bookings cover the retainer plus ad spend. Once we start, your monthly report puts bookings and revenue next to that full cost, in plain dollars, so you can see whether you are above or below break-even.

Who actually does the work?

Sal Tringali leads every account personally and is your main contact. He brings in specialists he manages directly for design, writing and development. You are never handed off to a junior account manager.

What happens if a channel is not working?

We tell you, and we move the money. Each month we compare every channel against its cost. If one is not covering itself, we change it or cut it. Because every plan is month to month, you are never stuck paying for something that is not earning its keep.
